What is it what you are going to do?

You will be our analytics expert for all channels; delivery, kiosk and click and collect. You are in control and have the full overview of all analytics, CRO initiatives and projects. What a great opportunity to develop analytics, optimize conversion rates & business KPIs and continuously improving our customer experience on all e-commerce channels and touchpoints!

Of course, you cannot do this on your own. You work in close collaboration with other KFC teams and external (technology)partners, and you communicate with international peers to exchange best practices.

  • You define and optimize analytics and monitor the right metrics, dashboard, funnels to understand customer behaviors and e-comm performances.
  • Design and conduct usability tests and customer interviews
  • Design, run and evaluate A/B, split and multivariate tests on our sales funnels. You report results and create business cases
  • You always have an eye for new UI/UX trends and follow competitors closely. Together with the team you identify new features, idea’s, growth tactics and marketing methods

What makes you stand out in this position?

With your “can do attitude” no issue is too big and no problem which cannot be solved.

You have the courage to take the lead and have the drive to make immediate impact. You enjoy having the space to come up with new ideas and you have the courage to deviate from the conventional way of doing things.

Your excellent communication skills help you interact with and influence all levels within the organization.

You have a master’s degree in statistics, computer science, marketing, or another relevant field. You can build on a solid experience in marketing, digital analytics and CRO, preferably at digital agencies or e-commerce companies.

You have proven & recognized achievements on e-commerce performance improvements. Google analytics has no secrets for you anymore and you have experience in A/B and usability testing, data analysis and creating business cases. Being a fast learner helps you pick up new technical skills. Having an experience with media planning and digital marketing campaigns is a strong plus, just as experience with design thinking and UI.

Fluency in English and Dutch is necessary for working in an international environment.
